We pick clients,
not briefs.

Most agencies fill a queue and sort it by margin. We work differently. We take on a small number of partners each year, people whose problems are genuinely worth our full attention.

That means longer engagements, fewer of them, and a deeper bench than our headcount suggests. Our AI people have read the code our engineers ship. The marketing team can brief the film crew in the same room. There are no handoffs because everyone is already in the conversation.

We read the papers. Our AI recommendations come from actual literature, not whatever got the most LinkedIn engagement this week.
